My faint positives

0

I wish I was here to say already I got a positive home pregnancy test, sadly its a yes followed by a but...
Trying to conceive is a task. It was not this difficult years ago, seemed like it happen right away and definitely when not trying and not wanting to.

My time of the month was due December 25th, I was testing way before that of course, the obsesion. I was getting negative until December 26th, I had a faint on a test strip, I freaked of course. I peed on a few sticks but it was there and continued to POAS the following days. The test posted above was from December 28th, I'll post my other faints in another story page soon.

My faint positives did not seem to get darker and it scared me, I took to google to find out what has happened to other ladies and why it was doing that. Sadly I realized this happens when a chemical pregnancy is more than likely going to occur, broke my heart. While I did find positive results from others having faints for days that eventually did turn into a strong positive I knew in my heart that was not going to be the case for me.

I made an appointment with my OBGYN but she was on vacation and couldn't see me until January 8th, I called my family doctor and she was able to see me December 31st, the very next day. I POAS again that morning with a first response early results test and again a faint, I checked cm 2 hours before my doctors appointment and saw blood! What I knew was going to happen had started, I kept the appointment anyway to get blood work and just to confirm to myself and my husband that I was pregnant but no longer. I won't have the results for a few more days but Aunt Flow has shown up, I'm cramping, I'm sad but I have faith!

It seems as if my husband didn't deal with this in a good way, maybe it was from bad experiences in his past relationship or maybe its because he didn't want to face the fact of an early miscarriage? he made a few jokes and brushed off a few times I tried talking to him about it, which is weird because my husband can talk for HOURS. He is not normally like this and I'll give him time to process it all but I plan on talking to him about it again once the results are in from the doctor. In his joke he said that at least we know the surgery worked, although its not supportive at all and no time to make jokes he is right, I did wonder if the surgery was a success and I would assume yes now.

Feel free to ask any questions, I will update with the results once I have them
